
Hello Everyone,
We had requirement for Auto-creation of records for incoming Emails and It should be handled by some Team. So, for this I followed below Steps.
1) Create a Team: ServiceTeam
2) It will create default queue also for that team <ServiceTeam>
3) I Updated its email-Id value: ServiceTeam@XRMLearning009.onmicrosoft.com
4) Click-on "Open Mailbox"
5) Server Profile - Microsoft Exchange Online
Incoming Email - Server Side Sync or Email Router
Outgoing Email - Server Side Sync or Email Router
6) Email-box State is Activated.
7) Approve Mail Box
8) Test & Enable Mailbox
Result:
Incoming Email Status - Failure
Outgoing Email Status - Failure.
I do have 24 available licenses for E3 plan but as it is queue it is not assigned any.
In Alerts I am seeing below Error
