No Sync Customer(1010) Job

Hi There,

I am trying to send Customer Job from AX to Retail. But data in AX CustTable is not Getting Sync with Retail Database.

Before sending the Job there were lots of records in retail Custtable, after sending the 1010 job it has only 4 records.

Even in Download session status is applied with rows effected 7000.

There are some custom fields in AX CustTable i have added the same fields in Retail custtable but even after adding output is same.

Can you please guide me how to sync customer Job.

    Is there any filter applied in the job? Have you checked the status of job after it's complete? What's the difference of the 4 records from others?

    Thanks for your valuable reply.

    I compared the 4 records with others, but i cant find any difference.

    Status of the Job is Applied with XXXX rows affected.

    We are using AX 2012 R3, how to check for filter in Job?

    Instead of running the partial sync (Company/Retail/Periodic/Data distribution/Distribution schedule)  try running a forced full sync via (Company/Retail/Setup/Retail scheduler/Channel integration/Channel database > full data sync (button)) to see if you get a different result.

    You may also want to check you the setup for job 1010 under Company/Retail/Retail scheduler/Scheduler jobs to make sure all of the tables are in there.  You could also try regenerating the CDX classes to see if none of the above works for you.
