How to ascertain that PO is being created from prod order for outsource/external processing .

Hello,

In x++ how can we ascertain while creation of PO that this PO is being created for outsource/external processing coming in through production order.

Goal is to identify the PO being creates is from prod order for outsrource/extenral procesisng and then replace the vendor & item defaults used in creation of PO with custom values from custom table.
