Sorry but i find your question confusing. More info please.
I have a routine that tracks line item deletions from the POS. It pops up a message warning the cashier that there have been deletions. A report then shows all of the cashier deletions for the day. Last year it caught 2 cashiers pocketing money. If you want me to help set this up, you can e-mail me at: dcandrsn@aol.com

Please correct me if I'm wrong: You want to know what Items the Cashiers have deleted from a Transaction, in the POS? If I'm not wrong, I'm not sure if this information is stored into the RMS database, so You'll need to develop a small hook add'on for the POS, to save this information when it happens (saving information like when it happened, on what Register, what Cashier did it, what Item was deleted, etc., etc....).
To be honest, I'm not completly sure that all can be done, especially in knowing what Item was deleted, but it could be achived I think...
