Is this feature supported on Windows 10 with Office 2016/13? I tried to install but it keeps failing. Is there any confirmation or solution on this?

Thanks Florian, I thought the installation was failed is because that Windows 10 is not allowing MSDE sql express 2008. But I was wrong. I was able to enable this feature in another Windows 10 machine. So it's more likely the given PC got some own issue.

According to this list, Windows 10 and Office 2016 are supported by CRM 2016: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3005167/compatibility-with-microsoft-dynamics-crm-2013
You have to have the latest Update Rollup installed, UR5, on both client and server, which you can download from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=56108
Windows 10 isn't mentioned in the System requirements for CRM 2013 for Outlook, worth confirming with MS Support though if the article wasn't updated recently.

To check for details on the issues yourself, please navigate to C:\Users\<loginUser>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\MSCRM\Logs and check the setup log for error
