We are facing an issue with Marketing Lists in CRM where the same Contact record is being added to a Marketing List multiple times.

Is it Static or Dynamic list?
Please check whether there are duplicate Contact records available.
If there are already duplicate records, then it would add them to the marketing list, accordingly.
It's static marketing list.
