Hi,

Is there currently a report in AX that will show a list of users and all the roles assigned to each one?

I did not see one, or maybe I maybe have skipped over it. 

Much appreciated for the responses.

    As far as I know, there is no standard report that shows roles and users, or the other way around. There is a Named Users License report, and in R3 you can list the users for each level. It depends on a job that prepares the underlying data first, though. It will list the license levels and users.

    There are some third party reports to solve your needs. Read more on this thread:

    There is a query in AX called SysSecRolesForUser that gives this data. You can simply create a view from it and export to excel.

    The query worked great for me to list users with the Roles, is there a way to export ALL Roles, Privileges and duties ??
