hello all,

i can't see product in (Product information management/Common/Released products) not all products just one product

but when i select from database i can get it

select * from INVENTTABLE where ITEMID in ('x') i can see the product

im using ax 2012 R3

You can check if this product is release in all company.

Have you created the products manually or done the data migration...? If it is through data migration, check whether data is available in all the related tables like EcoResProduct, InventTableModule, InventItemlocation...

The EcoResProductPerCompanyListPage form needs records for the item in more than just InventTable. EcoResProduct is one. Unfortunately, I am not skilled enough to read the form design to work out what the others might be.

How was that Released product created?

the product available in InventTableModule, InventItemlocation,Inventtable

i created transfer order for this product the transfer order had been shipped to another store and the quantity before shipped 6 after shipped 5

Please check your inventbale prouct recid is exist in ecoresprodcut table and please check data areaid with rexpect to InventTableModule tables.

Bhaskar has had the excellent idea to check that the records you are seeing in SQL relate to the company you are using in AX.

When you, for example, see the item by doing:

select * from INVENTTABLE where ITEMID in ('x')

check that the record that is shown has a 'DataAreaId' that matches the name of the company (legal entity) in which you expect to see the item in AX. DataAreaId is one of the fields you can see on InventTable if you are looking at it in SQL.

yes it's the same name -DataAreaId- for the legal entity

i checked this product and another product it's the same DataAreaId name
