Hi,
In a rush to confirm some Load Ids for shipment, I selected 3 different Load Ids and 'released to warehouse' at the same time.
I have then carried on finishing the steps to confirm a shipment without thinking any issues would occur. i opened up the work lines and "completed work" but now I cant confirm shipment. the confirm shipment button is greyed out. i cant cancel the work because its already in closed status.
I've tried everything i can and cant seem to find anyone else on this forum with a similar issue.
any help would be greatly appreciated

the packing QTY and work created QTY are different. Im unable to amend anything though

yep the shipment is definitely in loaded status
I would assume the load ID is blank because the work ID consists of three different Load Ids so it doesnt know which one to pick.
I can't amend or cancel the work since its already been "completed". any suggestions on how to fill the load ID? i could try combine the loads into one load. not sure if the system will let me now
i don't really know much about put location so not sure what you mean when you say "The final put location of the work should be of the type Shipping location. Please check this. What is the location type of the put location for your works. For this load. "

I have noticed in the work screenshot shared by you that the Load ID field is blank.
You said you released the load? If that is the case, why Load ID is blank? Please check this.
Share the Load screenshot and check if the work is linked to the load?

Hi David,
Go check your work creation history log. It's probable that not all the quantities has been released to the warehouse. in that case you have 2 options :
1: Check why the remain qties hasn't been released and fixe the issue and release them again.
2: Reduce in the load by the remain Qties and then you'll be able to ship your Load. (You can check it by checking the field work qty vs load qty on the lats tab of the load planning workbench screen.

there is no individual packing stations in our AX. all items go into 6666667 which is a location.

warehouse workers have performed packing activities at a specific packing station that is configured in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, and they've used a process that is optimized for shipments of small to medium-sized parcels.
What is your 'Put' location for all picked item? is it in packing station?

yep all have a work status of 100% completed and it still wont let me confirm shipment.
