Option Identifier Invalid error when sending document

Hi all,

On BC we're encountering an error when using trying to send a document by email to a vendor using the 'Print/Send' function.

When we click the three dots to change the contact in to To field, we receive an error. No idea where to start with this issue and can't find any historical examples of this online.

Has anyone encountered this before or any suggestions? Thank you

Hi, this seems to be a known issue and Microsoft plans to fix it in BC20.
