Printing data on Next page on SSRS Report for multiline of text

ReportReport

Dear All,

i have implemented a SSRS report FOR D365 9.0 version we are getting a values using Fetch XML , i have created the report using table, since the data is coming to the report  from Single line of text and multi line of text field too , since when the data is coming from multi line of text field to the report values are printing on next page rather than it has to adjust few number of lines in one page and remaining lines has to be print on next.

For example now i am having a Field called address which is multi line of text and Address column is on first page of the report , now when data is coming for Address field is 25 lines , in the page one we are having space only  for 10 lines  so for that  reason value for address is printing 25 lines in second page , i need to print like this , the space which is available for page 1(Like 8-10 lines) those many lines has to be print on the first page and remaining number of lines has to be printed on next page. Its only one field (Address).

Please suggest me for the above mentioned query

Regards,

Krishna.

You need to look at the text box properties of both the grid as well as the specific box that the address field is located within.

    Hi Jarrod ,

    Thanks for your response!

I have Checked the Text box properties and grid specific box as well for address field , But if data is huge the reports data is going to display in the next page ,that one i wanna split it among two pages.

    Regards,

    Krishna.

    Hello Krishna,

I had a similar question as you before, I think this is more of an SSRS related question.

In your SSRS report's table, find the textbox that is used for multilinetext, and look into the property window of the textbox and set KeepTogether as false.

This way, the multiline text will be print over different pages.
