We are just in the process of setting up GP 10 (no activity yet) and I downloaded and installed the SP3 update. I am being prompted to run GP Utilities to upgrade the DB, but when I do so I can't proceed as the system insists that there is an active user.

The GP client app is not installed anywhere but the server although we do have BP 4.0 installed on our SharePoint server.

I have tried reboots of both the GP server and the SharePoint server but I seem to be stuck.

Any advice?

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so I would try running the following two SQL delete statements (if you haven't already).

DELETE FROM DYNAMICS..ACTIVITY

DELETE FROM DYNAMICS..DULCK

Then try running Utilities again.
