I am trying to figure out the following. Within Attract you should be able to have the following basic roles according to Talent documentation in Microsoft Docs.
Attract provides five basic user roles:
In our environment we the option "Interviewer" is not shown, is this something that has to do with our environment? Is anyone else facing the same?

The documentation is confusing. It mixes the User Permission roles in the Admin Centre with those that can be assigned to a hiring team. The Interviewer "role" is only present when adding someone as part of a hiring team.

The only options available in the admin center are-
Based on the role granted to a user in the admin center, you have different possibilities when you add users to a Hiring Team for a job.
Scenario 1- User has Hiring Manager role on the Admin Center and when the user is added as a Hiring Team member on a Job, she can be given-
Scenario 2- User has a Recruiter role and when added to a job she can be assigned-
