How to Use different Source (Assign-to) Types for "new" Sales Price List?

Posted on by 397 User Group Leader

Hello,

does someone know if it is possible to use different source types inside one sales price list?

For example, I am creating a new list with source type "Customer Price Group". Add all articles which belongs to that group - then I want to add one specific price for a customer which belongs to this group.

When opening a new quote for that customer and adding the specific article - no price appears...

To verify that problem - we had actually the case, that the bill to customer was different to the sell to customer. So no price was given for the first one - that's why...

Great documentation to get a better understanding what's the code behind the price list:

Sometimes i have noticed that i have to run the verify price action even though everything looks fine. The pricelist have not worked ok before i have verified the price an extra time. Might be worth a try.

    Hello,

My experience is that sandbox sometimes is not exactly the same as production in customer scenario with additional extensions installed, etc. Any customizations installed here?

    Thank you.

The strange thing is, that in the sandbox everything is working correctly...

    Also the scenario above.

    What's happening here?
