ER Destination - User duties or priviliges

I have setup a File destination via ER Destination - though many users do not see ER desintation as an option when generating a Customer Statement 
 
 
 
But sysadmin sees the option as shown below
What duty or privilege is necessary for this function?

    Try to look at this privilege "Maintain electronic reporting format destination during runtime", but beware it triggers a Finance license.

    I setup a user with a duty containing that privilege and it (ER destination) is still not available.

    Hello,
     
    I suggest trying to check the permissions with the task recorder. It doesnt work always, but I d give it a try as it is simple to use.
     
    1.: You need to start a recording out of D365FO that will catch all the buttons you press. Once done, the output is a file you can save.
     
    2.: The output file is to be put into the security diagnostics. It will show you the necessary permissions needed for the process execution. You can also check if a certain user has permissions for the process and you can add the permissions directly to a privilege, duty or role.
