Hey,
When I go - > Settings -> Customization I could not find any of the links to move to the Customization only I have the link to Developer Resources
I have the admin rights, its working fine with other organization.
Any suggestions?

Shidin I am having the System administrator Role and System Customizer Role for those two organization, but when in I logged with same roles this business unit is not using the
System Customizer as well as the system administrator. How to do proceed with it?
Only a System Administrator in the current organization can grant you the 'System Administrator'/'System Customizer' roles.
So, please reach out to any such Admin user and request them to grant you the required security role(s).

Thanks, I could see the user not having the system administrator/system customizer role for this organization but the same user has the system administrator/system customizer role in the other organization, how to enable this role for this Organization Shidin

If you are only able to see the 'Developer Resources' under 'Customization', it is because you have not been given any of the OOB security roles -> 'System Administrator'/'System Customizer'.
So, can you verify if you have been given the above mentioned role?
Easiest way to do this is to run the below search using the 'Advanced Find' window.
