This could happen so many reasons , you need to try one by one below scenarios.
Check all the Infracture perspective Try to check by log-in different user account.
Check SQL services are up and running.
Check all the services of MSCRM is up and running.
Check the service account which you are using for CRM ( it is disabled , Password expired so on)
Recycle CRMAPPpool , Reset IIS
Try to restart all the servers ( Application , Database & ADFS Server)
Check if some how some once changed Claims based authantication settings , IFD Settings.
Check ADFS Serivce , Reset ADFS service .
Enable Trace to find more details.

Hi,
if it started to happen out of a sudden, try to actually reboot the server.. IISRESET does not always help.. We had it with 2013 version for a while. It was something with the RPC if I'm not mistaken (you might see some errors in the windows event log on the CRM server)
Unfortunately this screenshot tells nothing but you have issues with login.
I would suggest you to turn on tracing, restart IIS, try to log in to CRM again and check what's happening - support.microsoft.com/.../how-to-enable-tracing-in-microsoft-dynamics-crm
Also check if Async Service is up and Running.

can you share the screenshot of browser with error?
If you are on-prem, please try IISRESET.
If you are crm online, please check if your region is having any downtime planned.

There are hundreds (if not thousands) of possible reasons for that. To help you can you please tell what deployment do you use - on-prem or online, what error you get e.t.c. Without it I'm afraid it's not possible to help you. So get help ASAP answer questions ASAP.
