Talent - Leave Plan - Accrual not limited to one year

Hi everyone,

I have started to look at leave and absence module and conducted some testing.

How to configure accrual in order to not loose accrual amount cumulated during the past year ?

For example : I configure a Leave Plan with :

- Accrual frequency : Monthly

- Accrual period basis : Employee-specific date => Worker start date

- Accrual policy on enrolment : Prorated

For an employee enrolled and with start date as 1/1/2019, and accrual amount : 10.

The forecast time off balance depends on date are :

- on 2/1/2019 : 10

- on 12/31/2019 : 110

- on 1/1/2020 : 10 => my point is to have 120 and not 10 (with the loss of past year accrual)

Thank you in advance to help us in this configuration :)

Best regards
