I regularly get support requests from GP users that forget their password (for users in the rich client).
Wouldn't it be awesome to have users reset their own passwords having 2 step authentication? Like on O365 where you forgot your Organisational account password. Yes, I know that you need Azure AD to have this done for the user in O365 but wouldn't this kind of feature save the user and the support consultant lots of time???
I would love to hear from Mariano Gomez and if you get a chance - I tried to suggest this as a feature request but I can't find the place where you would do that.
