Hi,
Running Dynamics 365 and deleted a test instance "anothertest" successfully. However, "Organization Insights Dashboard" still shows the deleted instance as "Storage" used. I checked back after more than a month and the dashboard still shows the instance. The instance is not available or visible through the Dynamics 365 Admin Center. So either the deletion of an instance is "soft" or does not work or the insights dashboard is buggy? Any help appreciated.
