In our business we intensively use emailtracking. My team and I set this in the "Personal options" Menu, tab Email, where we set that all email as reply on Dynamics 365 mail should be tracked.
So far so good. However, every now and then (twice already in the last 4 months), the emailtracking feature stops working. If we look into it, both times it turned out the settings in the forementioned menu have change to: "No email tracking".
As far as we know, this happens "Automagically". Does anybody know what could cause this kind of behavior of Dynamics 365?
