Hi
If you add an attachment to a released product should this attachment be transferred to a production order on this product?

Hello Erik,
It is not really feasible adding many attachments to a Production order since a production order may contain several items and hence the attachments can be a lot.
You can add the attachment you want to the production order manually, or go to the product and see the attachment from there; unless the user doesn't have access to the form.

First please note that the production order in AX is for 1 item; however, we have a customized solution at our AX.
You may ask for a small development to transfer the attachment to the production order.
I didnt get your second question, please explain more
I ment if you make an note or an attachment on the finished item on the prduction order not the items in the BOM will this note or attachment will appear on the Production order?
