Change of business date

a problem on the transaction not follow to business date in Dynamics SL 2015.
We have change the business date and set the process in screen 40.S90.00.
However, the transaction is not follow to the business date by pc date.
 
Is there additional setting require to allow screen 40.S90.00 follow to business date?
