How to run the Sample Event Website

Hello,

I have downloaded a sample event management website as described in the documentation below:

But it is unclear how to run it though.

Please I need your help.

Hi Nya,

Thank you very much for providing the link.

Honestly, it seemed to work partially. The portal is running on our end,

However, we could not see our events on the page. In the marketing app, we have created the events together with the dates, but they are not displayed in the page.

My next question now is how to make the event dates available in the page.

Would you please specify which one cannot be displayed in the event portal, the event itself or its date only?

Please provide some screenshots of the portal if possible.

Hi Nya,

Below is the screen shot of the portal. I'm just wondering why there is no Home button.

We have created the event in the marketing app:

We are assuming that this will be diplayed in the portal when Home button is the default (there is no Home), The dates I have sent earlier are to be the actual dates of the event. The above date is a test event which should be displayed.

Am I missing something here?

Hi Jolas365,

The interface you provided is the sign in/ register interface to the portal, not the register for the event.

Please switch to the Website and form tab of the event and check if the option "Allow anonymous registrations" has been enabled.

If no, please try to enable it, save the event and refresh the portal.

I tried to create a new event with the configuration below:'

But stil the event is not displayed.

Hi Nya,

Yes, we have enabled portal integration during the installation of Marketing app.

What we are missing here is the test event created in the marketing app. The allow anonymous is set to true, but the event is not displayed in the home page of the portal.
