We are getting this strange message that is appearing on the role center that says: "The tenant could not be updated:\\Error: Not Found Message".  Any ideas why this is appearing?

Thanks,

Nirav S.

    Hello,

If issue reported is for a SaaS environment, check on Operation TAB of D365 BC Admin portal why the upgrade failed , My guess is that a PTE failed to compile during updgrade.

If this is the case, please raise a ticket with Microsoft CSS from the CSP portal if you are a Microsoft Direct CSP .

I have not encountered this problem.
Are other environments accessible? If there are no problems with other environments and the admin center can be accessed, you may consider recreating the environment.
If this is a production environment, as Mohana mentioned, you should contact Microsoft to assist with the investigation.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

RE: The tenant could not be updated:\\Error: Not Found Message

    hi

It's difficult to determine the exact cause of this error message without more information about your specific setup and configuration. However, a "Not Found" error message generally indicates that the system is unable to locate a resource that it's looking for.

Here are a few possible reasons why you might be seeing this error message:

The resource that the system is trying to update may have been deleted or moved, which is causing the system to lose track of it.

There may be a problem with the way that the system is configured, which is preventing it from accessing the necessary resources.

There may be a problem with the network connection or the server hosting the system, which is preventing it from communicating with the necessary resources.

To troubleshoot this issue, you may want to check your system logs to see if there are any error messages that provide more detail about the problem. You could also try restarting your server or checking your network connection to see if that resolves the issue.
