Good morning.
I have a customer who is a power user in GP and is not able post from Series posting, but can from Master posting or from the batch posting window.
Anyone seen this before? I have,but it was on GP10 and I cannot find the resolution from technical support . It was over 5 years ago.

My customer says that he would like to meet. Our access is restricted on our system, so we will have to meet with him to try and resolve.
Let me know what time you have this week. My customer is Eastern time, I am Mountain time, if that helps in scheduling.
