We are sending out a survey to contacts, and once survey is completed, we want to update a field on an entity related to contact (lets call related entity Survey Notes) w/ the questions and answers from the survey. That will allow a person to go in and make notes related to survey responses, which is something that would be very valuable to us.
I have managed to update the text field with the survey responses using Power Automate, but I am not seeing a connector that allows me to get the survey questions. I am wondering if it would be possible to create a relationship b/w Survey Notes entity and then the Survey Question/Response entities in Dynamics, and use CRM workflow engine to update the Survey Notes field? Also, thinking using API and javascrip may be possible, though hoping for a quick no code solution. Any thoughts?
