How can we get terminated employees off the employee list report? The customers version of GP is 11.00.2292.

The easiest way would be to flag terminated employees as inactive and then they would not appear on the report unless you clicked the Include Inactive Employees box. If this is not an option you will need Report Writer skills to modify this report and put a restriction on this report looking for a blank date for the Terminated Date field.
