Is there any other license required for Customer Service Workspace if we have Customer Service Professional license

HI All,

Currently we have Customer Service Professional license and we have requirement to implement Agent Scripts in Customer Service Hub. We can use agent scripts with multi session app like Customer service Workspace and Omnichannel Customer Service. 

I found that we have access on Customer Service Workspace app(Admin) and also we can provide access to users(CSR) by assigning security roles and App profile. I have provided access to CSR users by assigning security role and app profile.

But when we refer below link, it is saying that we need enterprise license to access Customer Service Workspace.

Currently we are able to access Customer Service Workspace app so I am not sure that do we need Enterprise license or extra license for this app in Professional license. 

Could you please help on this to understand the license terms for Customer Service Workspace.?

    Hi Pradip,

    The following documents also said that Customer Service Workspace need enterprise license:

    And customer Service workspace is new multisession app in 2020 release wave plan.

    Dynamics 365 Customer Service pricing not provide any information about Customer Service Workspace.

    But it shows that Multisession support only for enterprise.

    maybe you can call them to know more with contact details that shown in the pricing page.
