GP Web client and Desktop Client login conflict

I logged into Company A on Desktop Client. Then logged in to the same company through web client and it prompted to remove the login on desktop client. Now I went back to desktop client and try to access a form. It says your login has already been removed and not privileged open the form and closes desktop client. These are all usual stuff and expected... Now guess what....it removed the webclient login as well..because it has only one entry on Activity table. Assuming it is because of ClientType/ClientUIType fields not getting updated properly. Has anyone experienced it?
