Hello,

I'm trying to color code the service calendar to give appointments, service activities and time off different colours. I've found the below link but I can't see to get anything to change.

I also tried to change the \CRMWeb\SM\Gantt\style\GanttControl.css file and change the colors there but again I can't get any appointmetns/service activities to change color on the calendar.

Any help with this would be great, thanks!

You probably have this answered, but you basically just need to create a CSS web resource and override the existing classes. In the link you posted, they screwed up the class name (it's either ganttBlockAppointmentStatus4 or ganttBlockServiceActivityStatus4 - you can see these in the ISV Config customizations.xml file), but it would make appointments/service activities on the calendar that are in status 4 (Canceled for Appts or Reserved for Svc Activities) a gray gradient (#CEC7BD-#848284).

As far as I can tell, the GanttControl.css file isn't used anymore. I'm still trying to figure out how to color the time off vs work hours and will report back if I can figure it out.

Figured out how to color the 'time off' part of the calendar.

Oh, I should also mention that the web resource Display Name MUST be AppointmentBookConfig. I tried with a different name in a different environment and it didn't work until I changed the display name. The "Name" (i.e. new_servicecalendarcss) doesn't seem to matter - just the display name. Weird.

Hello,

I suggest one all-in-one calendar which is a combination of all types of calendars. In Dynamics 365 Calendar you can manage the different activities in a different color also you can filter activities according to their statuses and priorities i.e. Open, Scheduled, Canceled, etc., and also to contacts, accounts as well as other modules related to accounts and contacts.
