How can I control who sees what Group under the Site Map? I have a security role for Approvers and they have a Group and I want to hide it from my Requestor User group. Is this possible?

That can be achieved by combining the logic of security role and site map customization.

Note: I suggest to use the "SiteMap Editor" from XRMToolBox instead of changing the "customizations.xml" file.

Hi,

I suppose you can consider creating an application for Approvers if it would make more sense in terms of requirements.

Thanks so much Torrado for the in-depth explanation - the XRM toolbox worked for me. little annoying that you cannot just specify a security role but it will do!
