conditions in business rules in Customer Service "crmCreate is not defined"

Hello,
I am attempting to follow a demo in a learning module but I get the error message below. I have tried in several environments and it is present each time. I understand from other support articles that it is probably due to an inconsistent code, however I can only talk to a bot that doesn't respond well. Do you know how to fix this problem ? I have just installed the trial version of Customer Service and not done any configuration.
Thanks for your help

You mention in your post inconsistent code. Can you post your code or business rule that you are trying to execute?

The error is in a function called 'crmCreate' which I've never encountered through a Business rule before, so I'm wondering if this is a custom JavaScript function you are trying to implement.
