fileattachment body

Hi!
 
I want to copy the file of an attribute of type 'fileattachment' to an annotation of an email in csharp.
The problem is, I don't get the body of the fileattachment. I get the entity, but the attribute does not exist. In DB I can see the value of body, but how do I get this value via csharp?
