Modify the quick create form in NEW Sales App

Posted on by 278

Hello,

Can't find any way to customize the qucik create form, which is on the home page of the new sales app.

Is there any way to customize it and where? Because we only have 1 quick create form and it's weird that's its differing from the one in the "application".

Thanks

    Hi CEklx,

What you mean by different is that some fields are not displayed in the "new quick create" form of the NEW Sales App (mobile app)?

If so, maybe you can go settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > open one entity > Forms to open the quick create form.

Double-click one field to open Field Properties dialog, and make sure that 'Available on phone' option is checked.

Is it possible that there is more than 1 quick create form for this entity? I would try looking within the app itself to see which Quick Create form is selected. You should be able to go to make.powerapps.com, be sure your environment is selected, click Apps from the left sitemap, then click the three dots next to the Sales App to select Edit. In there you can locate the entity, click Forms, and see which quick create form the app is set up to use.

Hello, but the quick create is already set up and modified and looks good. If I go to the menu on the right side and open it, and from there do a quick create then it displays the correct fields.

It's ONLY when i use the "new quick create" on the Home Page of the NEW Sales App (mobile app), is that customized somewhere differently because apparently it's not the same form..

    Thanks

    Hi CEklx,

You can go settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > open one entity > Forms to find the quick create form.

Open it, then you can edit it.
