hi folks
just got management reporter 12 and it appears that the print directly to excel files is removed. I have to print to the screen and then export to excel
is that by design, or by my VAR does not know how to print directly so has not shown me?

The way that you generate to Excel was changed in Management Reporter 2012. Instead of going directly to Excel, you will generate to either a network location or to a SharePoint Site. Then, when the user opens the file that is generated, they can choose to open it in Excel. It will be an Excel file that only contains the specific data that they should have access to, so you won't need to create separate Excel files for various users.
When you are in the Report Viewer, you also can export the current report to Excel at any time.
