Item Discount Group D/C Calculation Incorrect when uploaded through 'Edit in Excel' in Sales Order

Posted on by 118
Hi,

This is a first time it happened to me so I'm a little baffled and confused.
We generally have a flyer every month and I upload pricing through item discount group and giving items their groups.
Once I'm done I double check using Sales order to see all the discounts are applied correctly and the final prices are correct depending on the order date.
I generally use edit from Excel (Because I have over 100 items to check) once I create a sales order and had no problem previously.

However, I have noticed that there was a price discrepancy on couple items after upload and I saw that the Line Discount was correctly in as 15% from item discount group but the calculation is not correct. There are products that are in the same item discount group that are working fine but these two are giving me issues.
When I tried just typing in, the calculation went in correctly. (1st sets were uploaded | 2nd sets were typed in)

This math just do not make any sense. When I published the file I only put in row#, Salesorder#, Type, No., Quantity so I didn't do anything for the pricing so this is so confusing.

Any insights on this?
when I changed the Quantity to 10 through edit in Excel, value was $186.43 not even 10 times the $13.45 (incorrect value)

Thanks,

Hi, if this part of the functionality has not been customized and your version of Excel meets the system requirements, this may be a standards bug. It is recommended to submit an SR to the Microsoft support team.
Hopefully other experts can give you better advice.

    Thanks.
