I'm looking for sources that will help me with using Report Writer more effectively. This would include books, detailed online sources, or training classes. Generic GP information and knowledge base is very thin, at best.

I'll talk to the GPUG Academy and see about creating a class that will cover Report Writer. We really need two, one for basics and an advanced one featuring User-Defined functions and editing the package files.

I'm so delighted to see an active interest in the Report Writer! Search Customer/PartnerSource for 'RW'. The user-defined functions are not covered in the training manuals, but are the powerhouse behind Report Writer. Even though the 'outfacing' documents can be formatted in Word, the Report Writer is still the data engine behind it.
