Lead Mapping Issue in CRM 2011

I am attempting to set up mapping from Leads to Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities with custom fields I have built. I have gone to the Lead entity > 1:N Relationships > account_originating_lead > Mappings. When I select New there is a pop up that says "Create Field Mapping From Lead to Account" however only Source Entity Fields are showing. The Target Entity Fields section is completely blank. Not even a sub-grid with columns. Please advise.

    I saw this once before and the solution was simply to resize the pop-up window and make it a bit larger.

    OMG... I have been staring at this for 15 minutes.  I can't believe that was the solution... thanks!!!

    Argh! I worked at this for an hour, deleting and recreating relationships, reading up on how to do it. It was just the size of the window.
