One of our users got following error message when creating a customer journey. We could not re-produce the error, when I created a journey everything went fine.
It states that it´s an Business Process Error
Any thoughts on the reason behind the displayed error message?

It is recommended to check if the customer journey will update the fields of a certain entity, which there is any plug-in targeting at. It is possible that the changes to records in Journey conflict with the restrictions on entities in Plug-in.
And if it is convenient, please provide me with the logs under this error message.
