Hello experts,
 
Is there a way to specify different bins to be used for production orders verse warehouse picks?
 
For example, only allow item to be used on production orders called bin A.  Then, the same item has a bin to be only used for warehouse picks for shipping called bin B.

    At the location card level, you can configure the bins to work with production. Here is some information, I hope it helps you.

    depending on the location setup, if you set up location as WMS location, you could specify zones and bin types, this enables BC to use different types of bins for different purposes. e.g. put away bins only be used for putting away. QC types of bins used for production. 
     
    for non wms locations, BC doesn't enforce logic to separate uses of bins
