Error when I try to register the invoice for a return order with disposition code Srap

Hello!

I have the next Error when I try to register the invoice that was allocate the Disposition Code "Scrap" in the arrival journal.

In some instalations that  works correctly but in others don´t work.

Some idea????

    Hi,

    Not sure I have the answer, but I might be able to help someone else who does. The error appears to be label @WAX439, which in en-us reads:

    Dimension Warehouse cannot be left blank if dimension Inventory status is set.

    I don't know, but I translated your error into English so that there would be more chance of someone who does know what to do being able to read it!

    Hopefully, this thread hasn't gone cold yet. I'm running into the same error message but in the Pack form when closing a container. In my case the dimensions involved are Location and LP suggesting that the LP is found on the InventDim but not Location which I don't find to be the case. Even with the error message the container is closed indicating that there is no error after all making it a bit weird throwing the error in the first place.

    Did anybody get an opportunity to look in to why the error is thrown apparently not preventing the step to go through eventually?

    Hi, whatever warehouse you are receiving sales return, make sure quarantine warehouse  is linked to that warehouse to resolve this issue.
