System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Crm.Core.WebServices, Version=5.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. Either a required impersonation level was not provided, or the provided impersonation level is invalid. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070542) File name: 'Microsoft.Crm.Core.WebServices, Version=5.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' at Microsoft.Crm.Errors.ErrorInformation..ctor(Exception exception, Uri requestUrl, Boolean logError, IOrganizationContext context) at Microsoft.Crm.Errors.ErrorInformation..ctor(Exception exception, Uri requestUrl, IOrganizationContext context) at Microsoft.Crm.MainApplication.Application_Error(Object sender, EventArgs eventArguments) WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF. To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1. Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging. To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

Is it a new installation or existing ?

If its a new installation then check if your service accounts are in Local Admin group on the server.

If it was existing, have you recently done any server level changes ?

The error ' Either a required impersonation level was not provided, or the provided impersonation level is invalid.' is probably thrown by IIS, and a result of the CrmAppPool application pool identity not having sufficient access rights. Most of these rights are local rights, though it could be that the account used to receive these rights via membership of a domain group, and that group membership may have changed. Running a repair install of CRM should check and reapply any rights

If that's not the issue, what version of CRM are you using, and what is the most recent rollup ? Note that Windows Update may be configured to automatically apply CRM update rollups, so changes may have occurred without you being aware of them.
