How to create new partition in AX7?
Can not find "system administration > setup > partitions".

I cannot see its menu on user interface. you can find its menu inside DEV environment.Not sure why Microsoft has not introduced that yet. Might be architectural reason and they want you to create a new instance of AX. I am not sure, you can check at yammer group, if you have access.
For time being you can survive with following unless we don't find an official answer from Microsoft.To create a partition use URL in browser as following https://usnconeboxax1aos.cloud.onebox.dynamics.com/?cmp=usmf&f=partitionadministration
To login into another partition use below URLhttps://usnconeboxax1aos.cloud.onebox.dynamics.com/?cmp=USMF&prt=ps
According to my Microsoft sources, the feature is deprecated. Quote: "You should not build functionality or setups that depend on partition".
