Microsoft SQL Native client SQL Server Violation of PRIMARY Key constraint 'PK##0421408' Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.##0421408'

This is on GP10. When the user tries to run the 'Reconcile to GL' for Accounts Payable they are getting this error.

    Primary key errors come up when duplications are found in primary key fields for tables.  I am not familiar with that database object at all - it could be related to an additional product maybe?  You need to find that database table and start troubleshooting the key error from there.

    If you can try and find a bit more out about that database object, someone may be able to help further.
