Hello all,
I am capturing my current existing form on my website with this method:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/embed-forms#capture-a-new-external-form
I have found that when I put in a URL, it only finds submissions from that one specific URL(ex. website.com/contact). I have the same exact contact form on nearly every page of my website, is there not a way to look at the website as a whole and check for submissions, versus adding the URL for every single page the contact form exists on?
Thank you so much!
Hi mdurkin3,
Each URL corresponds to a specific page, and the script is put to each page.(Actually root URL website.com also corresponds to just one page.)
Form scanner will just check whether the webpage(URL) we entered contains the required tracking script, so we have to put the script to every single page.
In other word, the scanner doesn't know which pages contain the script if there is only root URL.
Regards,
Clofly
