I don't think without customization, you can print those under one screen.

yes you can print multiple but those will produce separate PDF for each pick list. if you want all picking lists to be under one PDF, you would need modification.

    what is your business requirement?

thaanks for your answer. I am willing to experiement with code in my test environment but i dont really know where to start.

    Business requirements

current: a picking list is generated nfor each sales order

new requirement: putting more than one sales order on the same picking list.

any suggestion how i can do this?

Does not summary posting of sales orders helps you..? Is your requirement to print multiple pickings into one file OR requirement is to post multiple orders under same picking list?

How do i do summary posting? mt requirement is to print multiple pickings into one file to give to the person who will be sorting and pivking the goods. As it is now for each salesorder a picking list is generated and so you would have the person using 10 different picking list each for a sales order to pick the goods.

The idea is to stop having so many picking list given to the picker and only give one summary list with all the orders to do the picking.

This can be achieved in standard R2, but you would have to switch to WMSII / Consolidated picking functionality. Any interest in doing that?

    Dear  Lionel07,

Sohaib has suggested you correct. You can go with summary order posting process.

    1. Create multiple sales order

    2. Select them

    3. Click on picking list

    4. Click on others

    5. Summary order select order and sale primary sales order

    6. Click arrange and OK.

This will print both the order picking list in one report.

Hi Guy, If it will not break nothing then i would definetly try it. Can you please see how i do the WMSll/consolidated picking?

Problem with Summary update is that you can only consolidate picking lists for the same customer.

WMSII is not a five minute undertaking. You need to plan, configure, test, deploy etc. The best resources are these two blog posts:

    blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../wms-in-microsoft-dynamics-ax-2009-outbound-process-setup

    blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../wms-in-microsoft-dynamics-ax-2009-shipping-process-overview

You'll be doing config, changing data and using something completely new called Shipments, and you'll want to get familiar with it in a Test environment.

    Dear Lionel07,

I saw your image. And I found that your selection is wrong in the summary update. What you need to select is order. Then you will get a drop down of sales order. You can select 1st or any sales order as the main picking list order and click on. It will print for you the way you are looking.

If still you face problem. Ping me on Skype. prashant_cs009
