We are using CRM 2013 Online. We have concerns about the emails that get tracked and stored in CRM. We currently do eDiscovery across Exchange, SharePoint and file shares and want to be able to include CRM in there too. I know I can search all emails in CRM using Advanced Find. I can also use Bulk Delete to purge old records on a schedule. Using these methods I can do eDiscovery in CRM but I was looking for a tool or 3rd party application that would make the user experience better and automate the process as much as possible. Has anyone seen any tools or products that can do this?
