PSTL invalid access for sa user

Hello,

Has anyone encountered this error "invalid access" after adding the PSTL feature? Client is on GP 12.00.1368 version.

    Please check the support article,  Article ID: 856846

    The essence is recreate a shortcut for the PSTL window. Please follow the steps under (Resolution) using "sa" account.
