On BC18, we have one customer which creates empty document during a reception or an expedition.
For example, during a receipt, one item was blocked on its card, but a warehouse receipt was created.
BC shouldn't accept to receipt, because item is blocked. But item could be received in item ledger entries, but isn't posted in bin content.
When they try to post it creates an empty Posted purchase receipt:
- the Posted warehouse receipt is full fill
- the bin content isn't full fill with all quantities received (difference betwwen item ledger entries and quantities in bin content)
- the Item Ledger entries is registered with more quantities than received.
Is it a regulary comportement of BC, how can we solve the issue?
